A9 Series : MTKAC 8227 chip , and only support 4G dongle and 4G WIFI
A61 & A62 :MTK 3561 & 3562 chip , support using 4G SIM card via USB and 4G gongle and 4G WIFIPX30 Series : ROCKCHIP 3386 chip(top chip ) ,only support 4G dongle and 4G WIFI

We are so lucky that most of clients give us good feedback .But we can’t assure there is no human factor existing .
Like this , some problems happen as install not right , client leave bad feedback before asking for our help ,then can’t change even after problems resolving
Sometime ,client complaint for the shipping time . As shipping the device costs longer time than expected as some time the shipping delayed because of weather , customer clearance , ect .And sometime client can’t use not all functions of the device , reset the original set and device work not normally . These also lead to leave negative feedback
