Time-of-flight ultrasonic distance
sensor TOF10120 range sensor provides accurate and repeatable long range distance measurement for high-speed autofocus (AF). The innovative time-of-flight technology enables
performance independent of object reflection. TOF10120's time-of-flight sensing technology is realized by Sharp's SPAD (Single Photon Avalanche Diodes) with low-cost standard CMOS process. It allows accurate in the field result, higher immunity to ambient light and better ruggedness to cover-glass optical crosstalk through special optical package design.
