TTP224B is a touch IC designed on the principle of capacitive induction. This IC has built-in voltage stabilizing circuit for the touch sensor. The stable induction mode can be applied to various electronic products.The panel medium can be a fully sourced material designed to replace conventional mechanical switches or common keys.Four touch input ports and four direct output ports are provided.
Features:
• working voltage 2.4v ~ 5.5v;
• operating current @vdd =3V, no load, typical value (0.45ua) in a low-power mode;
On the fast model, the typical values were 12.5uA.
• @vdd =3V working voltage:
In fast mode, the fastest response time of KEY is 60ms, while in low power mode, it is 160ms.
• the sensitivity of each key can be adjusted by external capacitor (1pF ~ 50pF);
• provide LPMB port to select fast mode or low power mode;
• provide direct output mode, latch mode, open leakage output, CMOS high level effective or low level effective output, via /OD/AHLB port selection;
• provide M T0 port selection valid key maximum output time: 16 seconds/infinite;
• provide SM port to select multi-key or single-key output mode;
• there is a stable time of about 0.5 seconds after the power on. Do not touch the touchpad during this period. At this time, all functions are forbidden;
• automatic calibration function;
• the reference value is refreshed approximately every 1 second during the first 8 seconds on power, and the recalibration period is switched to 4 seconds if the touch button is within 8 seconds after power on, or if the touch button is not touched after 8 seconds.
