Working principle
1. This machine is composed of parts such as frame, speed reduction mechanism, transmission
and conveying printing device;
2. When the power is turned on, the electric heating element generates heat, so that the upper and
lower heating blocks are rapidly heated and the temperature and speed of the required sealing
material are controlled by the temperature controller and the speed regulating device;
3. The plastic packaging bag is conveyed by the conveyor belt, and the packaging bag and the
sealing portion are fed between the two sealing pockets in operation. The sealing portion of the
plastic bag is fed into the heating zone under the clamping of the upper and lower sealing pockets,
and the sealing pocket is heated. The zone is pressed by the two heating blocks to bond the plastic
film after being heated, and then sent to the cooling zone for cooling under the clamping of the
sealing pocket.
