1, Q: What is the difference between 720P / 960P ?

    A: The main difference is the resolution of the camera , 960P provide better image then 720P . The other functions are the same .

2, Q: What is the software for Android and IOS mobile phone ?

   A: the APP name is " YOOSEE" , you can search and download the APP in Google Play for Android phone or on Apple App Store for iPhone iPad .

3, Q: Does it complicated to connect the camera ?

  A: It's very easy , we have insturciton video above the item description , you can refer to that video on your computer ( mobile phone can not watch the video) , we suggest you try to connect by ethernet cable first , then you can switch to WIFI connection in network setting.

4, Q: How to reset the camera?

  A: Basically the reset hole is at the bottom of the camera , find it and press it with needle about 5 to 10 seoncds until you hear a sound .( when reset it successfully , wait about one minute , then you can start to connect again)

5, Q:Does this camera support motion alarm ? How to set it ?

  A: Yes , this camera support motion alarm . Open Yoosee app - device setting - Alarm setting 

6, Q: Does this camera support SD recording ? 

  A: Yes, it support SD card looping recording . when the capacity is full , the new video will cover the old video .
