Using Instruction:
1. Place the knife sharpener on a stable surface. Hold the knife sharpener with one hand to hold the knife.2. According to the blunt knife, do as the following one, two or three steps: Stage Ⅰ Coarse sharpening: suitable for blunt knife. Place the knife on the slot 1, and put forth and back 3 to 4 times with proper pressure.
Stage Ⅱ Medium sharpening: suitable for knfie maintenance. Sharp the knife when you feel the knife is not sharp. Put the knife on the slot Ⅱ,then put back 3 to 4times until have a sharp edge with proper pressure. It is recommended to do it approximately two months.
Stage Ⅲ Fine sharpening: the necessary stage. Put the knfie on the slot 3 with the same way, which will make the knife more slight and smooth after remove the burrs.
3. Clean the knife with the water or wiper and dry it after use; Clean the knife sharpener with non-abrasive brush
Caution:
1.To avoid damaging the knife, please sharpen the knife slightly
and don't sharpen back and forth.
2.Do not put the sharpener in the dishwasher or submerge in water.
3.Please put the knife sharpener and knife beyond the reach of children to avoid any accidents.
