JOG70 47mm big bore kit (with 10mm piston pin)
Package included: Cylinder Barrel, Piston, Piston Pin (Diameter 10mm), Circlips, Piston Ring Set, Head Gasket, Base Gasket, Cylinder Head. Specification: 1)Iron Cylinder: Cylinder Barrel Inner Diameter: 47mm Outer Skirt Diameter: approx. 51mm Face to Face Height: approx.64mm Overall Height: approx. 87mm Stud Spacing: 50mm 2) Piston kit Piston Diameter: 47mm Piston Overall Height: approx. 50.5mm Piston Pin Diameter: 10mm Piston Pin Length: 36.9mm Piston ring thickness: 1.15mm * For 2 stroke piston, there is an arrow on piston and the arrow should go toward exhaust side. The lining ring is installed along with the 2nd ring (the groove that is closed to wrist pin). It is not a must to install this lining ring. * Do not Drive faster than 50 km/h at running-in period (500km-800km usually) to avoid cylinder scoring. Application: Minarelli 1E40QMB, JOG50 3KJ; ZR50 etc. Caution: If your bike has a 12mm piston pin (Piston hole Diameter or piston pin diameter), this big bore kit doesn't fit. Some 50cc 2 stroke engine may not fit. The sizes of our cylinder are pictured as below. Please check the dimensions of your old cylinder before purchase to ensure the kit is suitable to your machine. It's the buyer's responsibility to buy right parts for his / her bike. Considering the return postage cost is very expensive, we will not allow request for return or refund if you find this kit is not applicable to your bike after receipt of the parcel.
